This response tells me nothing.  All they have done is acknowledge there is a problem, not that they are doing anything to correct the problem.

[redacted] our new car manager contacting. We know he needs the keys, taking steps to get them for him. Guess he didn't have confidence we were taking action or wanted to speed things up. We are on it. Thanks!
