Jeremy Patterson owner of Patterson's Tree Service agreed to hire me as a full-time employee. He agreed to pay me either $15 per hour or 50% of the profit depending on the type and circumstances of each job. After a full month of work I have not been compensated for any work which totals well over 160hrs of labor. Jeremy has started several jobs since he brought me on and has not finished any of them but has received hundreds if not thousands of dollars in compensation in advances on the customer's bills. He has not used any of the profits to pay me and is now refusing to pay me at all. He has borrowed tools from customers and taken them to pawn shops without the customers knowledge on multiple occasions aswell. He had borrowed money from me aswell as my mother for fuel in amounts over $200 and now refuses to repay us.
