you cancel one to three months ahead of your arrival you will forfeit your depositWe will return any other money you have paid to Rent On Padre If you cancel to days ahead you will forfeit 50% of the “rental costs”. All the cleaning fee and taxes are returnedIf you cancel within days of arrival, you will forfeit all the "rental cost". All the cleaning fee and taxes are returned. In this case, it would fall into the three months or more. Guest signed and agreed to this. The deposit is refundable after departure if there are no damages to the condo. Thank you for your time.
