Friday, Oct 27th, Two employees from Patton came to blow out sprinkler system at [redacted] While trying to do this they broke a handle on one valve and destroyed a drain valve, They said they would return that after noon, did not and several attempts to contact by telephone, had to leave messages, none was returned

Patton Professionals are very professional, reliable and do great work Highly recommended

Perhaps this is an isolated situation but I was not impressed with their sub par serviceI scheduled a sprinkler system startup for 3pmDue to it being during business hours I was able to work out leaving early to endure on time arrival for apptUnfortunately the same courtesy was not afforded to meI pulled up to my house st exactly pm to find no one thereI waited until 3:pm to call the companyI have a screenshot of my call log w/timeAfter calling company to inquire I was told he should be here momentarilyI waited until 3:40p and no tech arrivedI called company again only to be told the tech said he waited until 3:05p and leftImpossible! I was home with my garage open peeping out the window and on the phone with themEven if no one answered the company did not even bother to callI was told I would have to make another apptNo thank you! Even after speaking to the manager Taylor I was met with a nonchalant response and too bad demeanorI am more than happy to

The workers were very polite and did actually talk with me about what I wanted doneThey did get everything I expected done and again the job is very nicely doneI will continue to use Patton for my annual lawn needs

During the first week of May 2018, I contacted the company to request an estimate to have a drip line installed and added to to work with my existing sprinkler systemI also asked for a quote to have my sprinkler system blown outI made an appointment with the company to have someone to meet at my house on Monday, May 7, to provide an estimate When the representative met with me, I showed him where I wanted the drip line and where my existing sprinkler system hookup boxes were located in my yard I asked the representative if they could also plant my shrubs when they came out, he said they could and asked if they needed to provide the planting items or if I wouldI informed the representative I will have the planting items ( top soil, shrubs, net and pins) for the plants I showed him where I wanted the plantsI told the representative that I did not need them to blow out my sprinkler systemThe representative told me he would email me a quote and schedule to return on

I've used this firm principally for aerating and lawn mowingThey arrive on time and as scheduled and leave the premises cleanThey consistently alter their mowing pattern to promote a healthy lawn

This was the only company that called me back following the first big snow storm of the seasonIt was easy and quick to set upWill be referring to other friends in the area!

We requested and accepted a proposal from Patton for installation of a pathway and front step for our homeAfter receiving confirmation of their acceptance and setting up an appointment with Patton to finalize the details, they postponed / rescheduled the first appointment and did not show up for the second with no notice of whyLater that evening, I received an email stating they could not do the promised work due to another job they had receivedGiven this experience, I would discourage others from using this company since they seem driven by profits vscommitments/customer service

This company double bills and does not keep accurate accounting logs They are not available to talk to you regarding your account They bill you for services that were already paid for We finally got them to stop charging our card for duplicate services They don;t answer the phone Plus the work that they did do for us was sub standard and they cut corners Business like this should not be allowed to treat clients this way They in my opinion shady and fradulent

Patton Professionals was hired to complete the DESC plan on my new construction home in June of The job entailed grading, installing French drains and biodegradable erosion blankets with grass seed underneathWhen they were delivering the topsoil they backed into and knocked down one of my trees, approx25-feet tall and inched in diameterTorrey *** told me that because it was a 'subcontractor? that did the damage they would provide me with in-kind services to make up for the loss, we settled on a dog run in the back yardI discussed the project multiple times with Torrey on the phone and he rescheduled multiple appointments to come out to do the workThen in July he began not returning my emails/voicemailsAfter a couple months I gave up and decided to cut my losses, but in December I began having drainage issues, and one of the French drains, which as installed bending upwards, backed up and froze all the way up the drain pipe to the gutter at the roof lineI cal
