MsW*** moved into Apartment *** on September *, We had a work order dated September 8, that the A/C was not working and we repaired the unitOn November 28- December 1, the A/C heat unit was worked on a few time and the unit was repaired We had another call on May 9, May
30, July 12, in which the unit was repaired The air conditioning heating units have many electrical components that fail from time to time We were timely in addressing all of these repaired Most were repaired within 24-hours.The system is working now and we do not expect any other issues We addressed all of these issues in a timely manner, we do not feel these issues demonstrate any negligence, therefore, no rent reduction in rent is recommended at this time.We apologize that we have not meet MsW***'s expectation, but mechanical issues happen We will continue to work harder in the future to meet her expectations

We apologize again for the A/C repair. We do stock all parts for our A/C units.  During extreme heat periods we periodically will run short and have the part the next day.  The air conditioning system is working. We have performed the repair and do not feel a rent reduction or rent credit at this time is required.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I was told the part he replaced he never carries on hand.  He said he would have to buy the part for anyone with the same issue because he said he doesn't carry parts normally.  Maybe that should be made clear when you move in that some issues that arise cannot be fixed if there is a certain part that needs to be replaced.  I would not have such an issue if this had not happened multiple times and each time we were put off and treated badly.  I pay rent so that when something like this comes up it can be fixed.  If I would not have called back that afternoon who knows if they would have gotten to me and I feel that way because even when I called and asked them to at least to call me back and give me an update no one did it and when I did finally call back for the update she spoke to me rudely like I was making an issue out of nothing..  I am not normally a person who gets so upset but if you look at the request we have had to call numerous times for the air being broken.  Not only that but when we did call we never got any calls back with information on when it would be fixed or at least looked at or calls back checking in on us even when leaving messages for not only the office there on site but the corporate offices as well.  I have felt every time I called as though I was a nescience and not a resident who is paying rent on time and needs something repaired.  I am not satisfied with hearing this is fixed I have heard that numerous times before and it has blown up in my face every time.  I feel I am not asking for anything more than what I deserve as a tenate who goes out of her way to make sure I stay in good standings with the complex
