Attached is a copy of our invoice signed by *** *** indicating the damage to the vehicle. Our driver noted the damage to the front bumper at the time he picked up the vehicle at 1:30m. The owner and the office manager have spoken with Ms*** about the
damage and that it is noted on the invoice of the existing damage. She had asked our dispatcher about paying for damages to her vehicle before entering our impound lot to retrieve her vehicle
We contend the damage to the vehicle occurred before towed by our company and she is upset because the vehicle was towed for being illegally parked
