Ms [redacted] said that she would contact an architect; again, the only other option would be to remove the roof, and what she paid covered material only, as mentioned prior, work stopped until the issue could be remedied
I reject I think this is not my responsibility to get a architect I pay doug to do the job and get permits . this should of been done by him from the first
In reference to the above, Ms [redacted] requested a roof over an existing deck During the process she received notification from the township Representatives from PI stopped work, (Ms [redacted] paid only for materials) and met with local representatives to determine next stepsPI was informed that the unit needed to be approved/signed off by an architect in order for local authorities to approve as is PI was unable to find an architect, and informed Ms [redacted] that either an architect needed to approve, or the unit should be removed Ms [redacted] stated that she would find an architect; to date, PI has not heard from Ms [redacted] until this complaint
