I measured her bust, waist & hips & compared the measurement with the manufacturers size chart which measured 18WBridesmaids sizing is different then ready to wear in department storesAs that they are cut smallerI showed the customer her measurement & size chart & she agreed
agreed she was the size orderedStore Policy is when customer agrees with measurement & size they then initial the paper work of which she didWhen the customer came to pick up she didn't try onThese measurements where taken on 4/16/16.Patty L***Owner
