Review: I made hotel reservation through this website for [redacted] and [redacted]. I needed to cancel reservation so I called the hotel directly. The hotel front desk stated I need to cancel through the online service, however there is no cancellation charge and the online service should not charge me.

I then went to my email, where I received the confirmation to cancel my reservation and when I did, they indicated they would not be refunding me any money. I called them to ask why they are not refunding me when the hotel is not charging any cancellation fee. She indicated it was there policy that rooms be cancelled before 12:00 am of day before reservation. I get that because hotels charge for cancellation, however, it was confirmed by her that [redacted] was not charging a cancellation fee but they won't refund my money. They said because I cancelled on line and did not call them...well hell, I made the reservation on line why would I not cancel on line?Desired Settlement: I think if they are willing to offer refund if cancellation made by telephone, they should be able to offer the refund after cancellation made on line! I want my $107.09 refunded!
