Review: I was in the market for a riding lawn mower but was concerned about whether or not it could be operated safely/effectively because my yard has some very uneven terrain. I asked 2 very specific questions before making the purchase: 1- due to the uneven terrain, was there a risk that the mower could tip over, and 2- due to the uneven terrain, was there the possibility that the mower could "scalp" the ground (i.e. blades contact the ground and dig up the grass)? One of the owners ([redacted]?) assured me of 2 things: 1- this mower would "NEVER" tip over, and 2- with a minor adjustment to the cutting deck, there would be no chance that the blades would scalp the ground. I bought the mower and am now unable to use it on a significant portion of my yard. I have nearly tipped over on several occasions, and would have if my wife and son had not come running to help me prevent it from tipping. I also have at least 3 areas of the yard that I cannot mow because the blades do scalp the ground. I have borrowed my neighbor's push mower on a few occasions because I can't finish the job with my riding mower. I returned to the store and questioned [redacted] as to why he gave me incorrect advice/answers to my questions, and his response was "because I have never had either of those problems before". I contacted [redacted]'s older brother ([redacted]?) who is also an owner to ask for his help. He provided me with a written warning from the manufacturer stating that the mower was unsafe at angles exceeding 15 degrees. I was NOT provided with this important safety information when I asked about the possibility of tipping over, and I am questioning why not. [redacted] promised to contact me to arrange a time to come out to my house to look at the yard and the problems I am having with the mower, but he never called. I feel that I was lied to in order to get me to make the purchase and now I have an expensive piece of equipment that I can't safely operate. Additionally, the mower makes a mess of my yard because it does in fact scalp the ground.Desired Settlement: My preference would be to receive a refund so I can buy the proper equipment from a more reputable dealer. I realize that since I have used the mower it is unlikely that I can get a refund, so my 2nd choice would be to receive a replacement mower/different model that is suitable for my yard, for example, a walk behind mower.

To whom it may concern,
