Leak repairs on roofHave worked on same leak now for months with no resolutionHave been out to the home times nowNow tiles are off the roof and refuse to place them backNo one returns calls even *** *** the ownerTotally unacceptableTiles have to be replaced immediatelyWe are now in Hurricane seasonAbsolutely terrible and unacceptable
I have a written agreement for prior work with them They have not returned my calls to honor their lifetime repair warranty on my roof leak
I paid $3,for a roof leak fix with *** *** Roofing Incback on 6/8/ The agreement was signed by *** *** who was a representative of their company
They satisfactorily completed the work a couple of weeks after starting the job There were no issues until about a month ago after a few days of heavy rain, the roof began leaking in my garage where they had previously done the work I called their office and they sent out *** ** on 5/24/in the afternoon to look at the leak
I showed him my agreement from the repair on 6/8/which states that thee is a LIFETIME warranty on their workmanship The leak is in the same place as the original repair back in

I would like to have them come out and do the job right without any hidden fees
I purchased a new patio flat roof years ago with a with a year warrantyI have had wet spots since including todayTwo weeks ago I had one and it took a week for anyone to come out and repair itTwo weeks later, I now have a new wet spot on the same area that they "supposedly" fixedThe person, I dealt with was *** (who never responds to my texts I have sent her in regards to it)I even sent an email regarding my complaintNever heard back from anyoneI just want this resolved and the job done right*** once told me after one of my leaks after the job was done was that the problem is that I need a slope so that the water doesn't just sit there on the flat roofMy question is why didn't they do that the first time? We contracted Paul Bange Roof for our Flat roof,months after the roof was done the inside ceiling started getting moldy and rottingPaul Bange back came back out four more time and pretended to fix it The last time Paul Bange roofing came out we were told that we needed a Supper gutter, we spent over $1,Having a
Supper gutter installed and guess what? Our ceiling is rotted againWe have replaced that wood, and the plaster timesThe expense has been tremendousAnd Paul Bange Roofing doesn't care
