I am rejecting this response. Most factory warranties expire at around 36,000 miles. This is not a coincidence as the rate of mechanical failure may begin to increase around this mark. Also, a major (and costly) service visit is typically scheduled at approximately 40K, so consider this when buying. From there on, major service is usually required every 30,000 to 40,000Information  quoted from carfax. miles[redacted]As suggested it would have been up to the car dealership to service maintenance on the vehicle. If it was done and there is proof I apologize.

At the time of sale, your car had 35,283 miles. There are several factors that could cause a tire to blow-out. In order to isolate the reason your tire blew-out, we need to determine if the tire was in fact dry-rotted. Please either provide proof via repair order from a licensed auto repair shop (or tire retailer) stating the condition of the tires upon inspection and the reason - if any - for the tire to blow out. Also, please indicate which tire was blown. I am rejecting this response because: I am attaching my credit report from credit karma showing the current status of my WF account, page 5 shows there is a late on current status.  I need a letter from Paul Blanco stating the events that took place to get late remove as the late was no fault of my own.  Due to this late being reported my score drop significantly!!!Thanks[redacted]

I never stated you needed to have your car serviced at our location. Your warranty also does not include maintenance, which is why there is no documentation stating you would receive maintenance for your vehicle. The fact that you have apparently failed to maintain your vehicle is extremely germane to the matter. Failure to keep your engine properly lubricated with motor oil and failure to change your oil filter will result in damage to your car's transmission. Running a certain amount of miles will not cause a transmission to go out - in fact, vehicles can exceed one million miles with proper maintenance and care. Your vehicle does have low mileage; however, with the significant use sustained by your vehicle without proper maintenance would most likely be the cause of the transmission failure. The vehicle was sold AS IS, and passed a full safety inspection prior to sale. You received 20 months of heavy use from your vehicle without minimal upkeep. Aside from oil changes, there is critical maintenance that must be performed when a vehicle hits 60,000 miles. Your vehicle passed the 60,000 mile mark while is was in your possession. There is no evidence that your car's issues are in any way related to your original purchase from Paul Blanco's Good Car Company Stockton.  Thank you,

In other words, CARFAX may run behind on updating its reports as it receives new information from other sources.All of our vehicles (past and present) are purchased from auctions throughout California. None of the vehicles come with previous information as to wear and tear. Please provide proof that:1) You were advised by a Finance Manager employed by Paul Blanco's Good Car Company PRIOR to June 20th 2017 not to make your June payment. According to the evidence you presented, you didn't arrive at the dealership until your payment was already past due.2) Please provide a credit report from [redacted] verifying the status of your closed Wells Fargo car loan as overdue by 30-59 days. The information provided by Creditkarma.com is conflicting - listing 0 late payments, worst payment status as "on-time." This credit report must be dated within the past 30 days to ensure that all payments have been posted and the credit report has been updated thoroughly. 3) Verification from Wells Fargo that the late payment reported to your credit report was the additional second payment of $171. Any payments due prior to Paul Blanco's Good Car Company receiving the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the consumer as outlined in the contract held with Wells Fargo.

Service manager contacted her to discuss the service. She named a lot of things so we needed to talk to her. Since then we have been waiting for the customer to come in. She says she has been extremely busy. We have a loaner car ready for her. We are to have her come in this Sunday to have us look...

This also clearly stated on his sales contract for which was explained to him before he signed in agrrement to the terms of sale.   The insurance policy was issued to Mr. [redacted] the...

day he purchased his vehicle before leaving the lot. A docusign with the insurance documents was sent to the email provided by him and all forms were signed and completed.   I did speak to Mr. [redacted] today 3/29/2017. The term of the contract was explained to him as far when his 1st initial payment was due and apologyzed on behalf of Paul Blanco's Good Car Company for the misunderstanding. Also, copies of his policy were emailed over to him.
