I had one tree removed and had planned to remove a Live Oak tree.The tree was over grown After Mr [redacted] and his crew trimmed and raised the "crown" of the tree, I was convinced not to remove itThe tree looks wonderful!! My front yard looks awesome now!! I can finally plant and grown grass and not have to worry about the lawn not getting enough sun!!

We have used Paul Bunyan Tree Service for several years and have always been more than pleased with the quality of their work. They are professional and reasonably priced. The team of workers are artists who trim and shape trees in such a was as to enhance the beauty of your home. They have removed trees and stumps, trimmed trees and bushes, and cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend them!

I am rejecting this response because:
The work was not managed professionally and my property was damaged!  Paul Bunyan disappeared for almost a month and then returned to my property without my permission to "finish".  During the threatening call I received from Paul Bunyan over the weekend, I was told they would take me to court.  I am okay with that option at this point.  As I stated during the call, I will not discuss this matter with Paul Bunyan directly, we need to have everything in writing, this protects us both.  At this point we are at a stand still.  Paul Bunyan thinks they have earned the full amount of $1750 and I strongly disagree, we can let the courts settle this.  I do hope Paul Bunyan keeps in mind that I have documentation of everything they damaged and of the mess they left, along with transcripts of their calls and records of replacement costs for all damaged items and notes on time spent cleaning up.  Pair this against the $1750 job cost and there is not much money left.  Then factor in the level of unprofessionalism along with the job abandonment issue and I feel I will not be required to pay a cent.  At this point I will look for documentation of you filing suit and we can proceed through the courts.  I will begin repairs on my property, documenting everything, and I will have all narratives, photos, videos, receipts and witness statements ready to go to court. I once again request that Paul Bunyan only contact me in writing, this applies to their legal representatives as well.
