After reading the complaint this is what I suggest. That they call there insurance company and start a...

claim. Have there insurance company call me and I will give them my insurance company and they will figure out who is liable for this situation . The reason we will not come to there house is [redacted] is extremely verbally abusive. This no having a intelligent conversion . We where original employed by [redacted]. We never received any payment her. We also did not replumb the entire house, no form of communication with actually owners any more,

A home owners insurance claim is not responsible for negligence, poor workmanship, or failure to warranty. Also, when asked for his insures nice information to have his insurance cover his warranty, he refused. He also was unable to provide written documentation with his warranty exception. We have take. Then advice of the Revdex.com and will be filing claims with the Ohio Attorney General as well as taking legal action against Mr. D[redacted]. He has taken advantage of very ill, elderly people with whom have been increasing inconvenienced financially and physical due to 3 years of plumbing issues at the hand of Mr. Paul D[redacted]. Mr./Mrs. [redacted] have given full consent to allow myself, [redacted], to handle the issue at hand due to Mr. D[redacted] continuing to ask for more money with lack of results, not showing up for 3 weeks, and continued issues with his workmanship. It has been verified by Revdex.com with Mrs. [redacted] that I am able to speak on their behalf.

[redacted], We are understanding that is the insurance company and not the homeowners opinion as to what is poor workmanship or warranty, we have not received any written document to that affect. I can not initiate any claim or refund until such information is provided.

Once all of the work has been completed due to the latest issue, Mr. And Mrs. [redacted] will be filing with the Ohio Attorney General Office and persuing legal action. No claim will be filed through homeowners insurance.
