Dear Mr [redacted] , I have reviewed the job file and offer the following comments on our job at your residence: I am the owner and I have been out of town for an extended period of timeTherefore I have not been able to contact youIn my place you have been dealing with our General Manager [redacted] and [redacted] , our superintendentAnd believe me, I do care about my businessWe have been part of Revdex.com for over yearsI apologize for the amount of time it has been taking to get the cabinets redoneAs you know, after we had completed the rebuild of the cabinets (we reused existing cabinet facing and rebuilt the boxes), you complained about the scratch marks on top of two doorsWe felt this was extra work, not part of our scope, since it was pre-existing, the marks were not part of the water damageWe contacted the adjuster to see if the insurance company would be willing to pay for it, we called many times and never got a responseWe have the photos to show that the scratch marks were pre-existing, one shot from Service Master taken during drydown (before we started) and our shot now after we had rebuilt the cabinetIn retrospect, we should have pressed the issue a lot harder with the insurance companyI apologize for your inconvenienceI will contact you next week regarding paymentSincerely, [redacted] President

Like I said before, Paul Davis Restoration has a contract with your landlord to perform drywall and paint repairs We do not have a contract with youI understand you contracted separately with a plumber, that has nothing to do with Paul Davis Restoration., Your involvement has been to provide access for us so we could do our work, this was an arrangement your landlord asked you to do [redacted]

[redacted] has a contract with [redacted] 's landlord to perform repairs where [redacted] is livingThe landlord signed the contract in early February and we were asked to contact [redacted] for accessWE have left numerous messages, at least once a week, and finally gained access on April We performed the repairs in two daysThere were some substitutions made [redacted] need to talk to the landlord about those as well as getting reimbursement for drywall repairsWe apologize if we left empty coffee cups in the bathroom
