information showing that we did indeed perform mitigation work in this homeI have no idea why we wouldn’t have responded to *** *** when she states that we never gave her any record of paperwork or evidence that we actually did perform mitigation work in this homeWhy would we not show her evidence when we have so much to show her? We have photos and documents showing the work performed as well as room diagrams, moisture mapping as well as notes showing what work was performed by our technicians.
