Review: We hired Paul Davis Restoration through the recommendation of our insurance company ([redacted]). We had a flood in our basement that was managed by [redacted], however the construction part was handled by us. We hired Paul Davis restoration to repair our damaged property; finished basement. Upon completion of the work in 2013, we paid them & we thought all the work was done correctly. However in December of 2013, we had a leak in our newly repaired basement. After notifying our insurance company of our second problem, we were told to deal directly with Paul Davis Restoration. [redacted], their representitive made good on the warranty repairs to our home this past August. However we presented her with bills that we had previosly had paid for investigative work prior to discovering a warranty issue. Namely that we had a third party plumber make repairs to the commode gasket that wasn't properly sealed in the previous repair,leading to the leak. We asked that we be paid for the emergency repairs to our home. [redacted] had their contractor reimburse us for most but not all all the emergency repairs. We received a check for $235.00 written on 9/10/2014. We are still owed $59.92. Of course I had to take 3 days off from work waiting for contractors to complete the work. I thought my original request was not unreasonable. However after numerous phone & e-mail conversations Paul Davis Restoration & Billy Jo stopped communicating with us last year.Desired Settlement: $59.92 check Or the above ammount plus 3 days lost wages
