September 27, 2016To whom it may concern: As for *** *** I believe her attempt to recant her decision to authorize the installation of new tires was uncalled for She stated in her letter to you the internet sells them for less. This is a case of She said He said I
would have to be out of my mind to waste my time and parts just to get into a fight about it THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD DO THAT.Attached please find complete invoice, detailed sheet of repairs need and prices Also an E-Mail from *** *** after the fact asking me to lower the price of the tires and give her a price on labor only for the brake work (she wants' to supply her own part.)My discussion with *** *** was comprehensive and she authorized the Repairs. I completed a brake inspection and general look over of the car for her trip they were taking She declined the filters, and Breaks I repeated to her JUST THE TIRES NO BREAKS OR FILTER SHE SAID YES.I also recommended not to use the car till the breaks are repaired Thank you, Paul K.Owner

This is after the hose repair, that was a cooling system pleasure test to locate leaks. All my findings are noted on his invoice. My time and expertise has value and expect to be paid. He was fully aware of all charges he just did not like the answers.P.S. He did not say the truck was driven from Newtown to The Northeast with a blown hose. He would drive till the red light came on and let it cool down. His words. Over 35 miles.Thank You,
