I tried to get on the link for the complaint /view and I was unable to see where I should follow...

up with my response. I received your letter yesterday and I was very surprised that [redacted] did not follow up with me, regarding this matter. I am the office manager, of Belle Sante and this could have been easily rectified.
Belle Sante is not trying to scam anyone of treatments that were purchased. We have a special on our velaShape , 3 treatments for [redacted] A treatment is ONE specific area ie: abdomen would be 1 area, (both) inner thighs, 1 area, etc.. [redacted] purchased 2- VelaShapa packages, 6 treatments ( areas) . On rebruary 17, 2016 she had 2 areas ( treatments hip & thighs) , March 2 , 2016 she had 2 areas ( hip & thighs), March 16, 2016 she had 2 areas ( hip & thighs), March 25, 2016 she called same day as her appointment and cancelled, We have a cancelation policy if client cancels less than 24 hours of appointment they are charged for the service. We did not charge her. [redacted] came in on April 13,2016 , I was out of the office that day, she had 2 areas ( hip & thighs).
We have sold many of these VelaShaPe packages to our clients and have never had anyone have this confusion since we clearly explain that each area Is a separate charge. [redacted], has been a wonderful client and I wish she had reached out to me regarding her frustration. I feel that she didn't give Belle Sante a fair chance at resolving this issue, instead
she immediately contacted the Revdex.com. I am willing to give her the 2 treatments at no additional charge. I am not willing to refund any money considering we have already given her more treatments then what she paid far.
