Do not every use Paul Ford to try to repair your applianceHis services were awful Not only did he not show up for separate appointments (and had an attitude about it when confronted), he was unable to repair my washing machine after visits To make matters worse, he reported to the Home Depot Warranty center that there was NO ISSUE with my washing machine He basically was saying that I am a liar and insulted my integrity Not good for customer service or quality of repair

To make matters worse, he reported to the Home Depot Warranty center that there was NO ISSUE with my washing machine. He basically was saying that I am a liar and insulted my integrity.
