After building a new home just over a year ago and dealing with other excavators and drainage experts, Paul Fox & Sons ended up being the ONLY EXCAVATOR I would EVER hire to do any work at our home***, ***, and the rest of his crew went ABOVE & BEYOND our expectationsWe had hired them based on a recommendation from a co-worker after our new home had gone through major floods within the first year of being builtThe company that had built our home had done nothing to help us, nor had the other excavator and drainage expert that we had hiredWe had wasted a lot of time and money bringing in different people who treated our home like a science experiement instead of doing what needed to be done to rectify the situationWhen I contacted [redacted] for the first time, he went out of his way to rearrange their schedule so that they could meet with a rep from the company that built our home [redacted] was very knowledgable, straight forward, and told them exactly what should have been done to prevent the problem to begin withHe made a recommendation on resolving the issue and we hired him to do the workThey did everything they could to get us on their schedule in a timely manner and worked ridiculously long hours to get the job done in the timeframe they had given me Unfortunately, it wasn't going to be a cheap resolution, but it was very effective and worth every penny! We are finally able to sleep at night or go to work without worrying every time it rains that we will return home to find it floodedSince the work has been done, there have been quite a few times where it has rained really hard for long periods of time and their work has been put to the testSo far, we are very pleased and relieved to say that we have not had any issuesThank you SO MUCH for giving us piece of mind and for getting the job done right the first time around!
