To whom it may concern:First of all, Our company policy has clearly states “when the deposit or full payment paid for all our online promoted tours are not refundable” (documents will provided upon required) so our former employee amber has absolutely violated company policy by giving her the wrong messageSecondly she only wrote in email to refund her as long as she has the Doctor notes, she didn’t mention anything about her family membersBut even though I was still trying to help her by returning the partial refund for each of her family members plus $store creditUnfortunately we couldn’t come to an agreementI understand her situation that’s why we highly recommend all our travelers to purchase the insurance.Marc ***

The customer made their last payment on the account in June and the payment was made onlineHaving a lon Pike's website means customers are able to view the last statements of your account and make a payment with a credit cardYou can land see that all the invoices have your mailing address clearly on the bill including the number of the PO Box that was provided to usShut off notices have been sent to the same address as the bill, and the last notice was sent on 8/4/Again no payments have been received on the account since June and more bills have been mailedIn order to reestablish service, the balance plus a deposit and reconnection fee are required

Customer inquired on account in Aug2014, history was emailed, no response from customer until FebAlso mailed statements to customer at PO Box he gaveMonthly statements have been mailed and no
return mail was received until June 3, marked by post office no such # and we were mailing it to address given by customerCall was made to number on file, only received a fast busy signal, so the number given also is bad8/27/door was taggedNo response so meter was pulled and gas shut off on 8/31/Balance + deposit + reconnect will have to be paid in order to restore the service

The door tag was found in the neighbors yard a couple of doors down we had no idea it was going to even be disconnectedThis matter has not been resolved we will not be paying disconnection or reconnection fees when the company has failed to deliver billsWhen I spoke to the post office they said they returned bills because pike didn't have a po box number on the bill it just said po boxI can take it further if I need beThis is getting ridiculous *** has never contacted me regarding my pike accountI tried emailing them again last week and they replied about electric..wth

We can't login into the account online it doesn't allow us toWe alway just do the option pay without logging inI only knew how much it was because of communications via email with pikeWe have received nothing in the mail from themI will not be paying reconnection and disconnection fees when we knew nothing about anything even being dueI will be collecting medical bills to send them though as its our only heat source and I have two small kids that are getting have colds because the house isn't warmSpace heaters don't heat our house at all as its all open.

But even though I was still trying to help her by returning the partial refund for each of her family members plus $250 store credit. Unfortunately we couldn’t come to an agreement. The customer made their last payment on the account in June and the payment was made online. Having a log-in on Pike's website means customers are able to view the last 12 statements of your account and make a payment with a credit card. You can log-in and see that all the invoices have your mailing address clearly on the bill including the number of the PO Box that was provided to us. Shut off notices have been sent to the same address as the bill, and the last notice was sent on 8/4/15. Again no payments have been received on the account since June and 2 more bills have been mailed. In order to reestablish service, the balance plus a deposit and reconnection fee are required.
