I was referred to this office to get braces for my sons legsIt was in June, after seeing my son they wanted to order him braces, I told the woman helping us, that if I had to pay something that I would have to wait to order themTwo different people checked my insurance and said I had met my out of pocket, so I dod not have to pay anythingSo I gave permission for them to order the bracesThe braces did not come in until July, and when I went for my son to be fitted and to pick them up again I was told I owed nothingThen a month or more later I received a bill for plus dollarsI called the office and spoke with someone and she said I got a bill because I picked them up in July a new cycle, I told her that is not what I was told twice, she said well this can just go to your this year out of pocket I told her that was not acceptable I was told on two different occasions, that I owed nothing and now you want me to pay I told her I was not paying because I do not owe itThese people clearly either dropped the ball and submitted after June 30th by accident or on purpose, so that they could get extra money after I told them I could not afford it if I had to pay out of pocket The braces did not work, and now they are suing me for and some dollars for their errorBEWARE
