In response to Mr***'s concern regarding his recent service visit to Paul Masse ChevroletIt has always been our policy to service all customers for both their warranty concerns and their other service needsIn this situation one of our Service Advisors looked at the steering
wheel based on the Mr***i's concern, and based on the condition of the steering wheel, that the repair does not fit into the factory warranty guidelinesI have left a message on Mr***'s phone, to which I am still waiting for a reply to schedule a time for him to come down so that our Chevrolet Zone Service Manager can look at the steering wheelWe also have never refused service to Mr*** vehicle at any time, and would continue to service his truck as the need arises.

Mr.***- Without seeing the steering wheel, no Dealer can determine if the repair would fall under the warranty guidelinesI again invite you to call me when you return to review your concerns, or you certainly can visit one of the four Dealers that you mentioned, or as our Service Manager mentioned you may want to return to your selling DealerOur goal is to make sure that you are satisfied, and that you are recieving everything that you are entitled under the guidelines of your factory warranty

Paul Masse Chevrolet would like to help Ms*** with her situation, however we will need some additional information before we can go further and commit to a resolutionWe would need a copy of her completed repair including an invoice, a copy of payment, and some time to verify
that the repair was in fact covered under he factory warranty, as well as to request an exception from Chevrolet. Please have Ms.*** call me at *** to reviewI will be out of the office until Monday the 11th. Thank You *** ***Vice President

I received the voice mail from the dealership but since this was a holiday week I am not available to respond until I return next week 11SeptemberI have also spoken to other dealerships in the area, ***, ***, *** and *** and they have all confirmed that this is in fact covered in the bumper to bumper warranty and if I wanted to come in they would be more than happy to facilitate the repairWhy is it these other dealers are more than happy to service this issue but Masse is not.

The stitching under the cruise control buttons has come undone, and the glue holding the leather is peeling off is pretty easy to understand.?

? ? We certainly apoligize for the way Mr.*** feels and we are always willing to help all Chevrolet customers, but it seems that Mr.*** has an aftermarket Tire warranty that we do not do business with and informed Mr.*** that he would be better served bringing it to the Dealer that
he purchased the warrantyWe are more than willing to help Mr.*** in any manner possible

Why is it these other 4 dealers are more than happy to service this issue but Masse is not.
