I do not accept the response, it still doesn't tell me how much longer I have to wait to get this job completed I want to know why they still work with this company when it took four times to re-order these parts to get it right and now I am waiting again to hopefully hope they ordered the correct thing It took times not times It's so wrong how this whole project and customer service is going Don't have an answer either if someone is going to come out with these installers and look at the job of what they have done so farThe installation looks horrible on the one side, because they were pissed and rushed the job The fascia is definitely wrong I am tired of doing the Project Manager's job, then pay me the wages to inspect these guys if they are doing it right Tired of hearing I was released by the doctor to drive and maybe I will make it out the next time to look at it myself in person That's not how you correspond with your customers, constantly have to hear maybeNeed an answer to when this time the parts are coming in and did they really check to make sure they ordered the correct item this time, after times getting it wrong? Yes, I am pissed, who wouldn't be how you have treated me I might be a woman, but I know what is right and wrong If it was a man I would bet you don't treat this situation like you have treated mine? Again, need an honest answer and don't have a resolution to this case "NEED A TIME FRAME" and someone needs to come out that knows how to install it correctly and not me having to tell them after the fact this needs to be re-done and so on Should of been installed correctly and professionally the first time That's why I hired a Licensed Contractor

I have reached a point where I do not trust Arizona Energy Savers to complete the job within a reasonable time frame, nor do I trust that it will be done to the standards that were originally promisedTheir workers trespassed on my property without notice (showing up unannounced while I was not home to move two poles off of tiles on to the concrete after I complained about the safety concern) and used/destroyed items from my yard without permission (decorative tiles that I had set aside for later use) to prop up support beams and for creating the concrete.Workers also left parts of my yard in disarray, leaving pieces of wood with rusty nails on the ground where my pet tortoise, or myself, could have easily stepped on unexpectedlyThe communication I've had with Arizona Energy Savers have been inconsistent and unprofessional.I have not received the services that was promised to meNot only do I reject this offer, but I also must insist on a full refund of my $3,deposit and courteous compensation for trespassing and safety hazards [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  It is a bit a puzzle that this is all they can come up with an excuse.  The next person in line should of stepped up and resolved these issues in the absence of his Project Manager, instead they let the customer just hang in limbo.  I will wait which I have been waiting and waiting until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Thank you for the update on your feelings about the problems we have encountered on your project. We are not done until you are happy and if you are not happy we are not done. The only excuse I have is that my Project manager almost died with a heart attack and I'm glad he has been restored. The...
