Review: I brought my car to Miller Nissan to be fixed after an automobile accident. Originally they stated that it would only take a week to fix the car, they sent the car out to be sprayed over. I called them several times to check the status of my car as [redacted] instructed me. I asked the assistant manger to look into getting me a rental as listed on their website for the additional days because [redacted] insurance was refusing to pay and according to miller Nissan's site it said free rental with work over $1,000. [redacted] the assistant said he would get back to me I call and left numerous messages and I had not gotten any call backs. Then enterprise called me and left a message and when I called back she stated that [redacted] is not paying for 2weeks worth of coverage and I owe about $1,200 and that the dealership told her my car was ready and that I have been refusing to pick it. I then called Nissan and they informed me that my car had not yet been fixed maybe tomorrow. I took Nissan around 22days to repaint the car and fix a air bag sensor car is not completely fixed and had they gave me one of their rentals',I would have been able to afford to fix my car but they ignored me. since then I have made several attempts to speak with the general manger of the sales department at Miller Nissan I left 2 messages I received one call back that I missed and no I keep leaving messages that are not being answered. I feel I was treated unfairly and not valued as a customer this has been a nerve racking issue and now I am stuck with debut,they told them me car would be fixed and it is not.Desired Settlement: either Nissan or who ever is at fault will help me with a payment or reduce the amount owed towards fixing my car.
