Complaint: I am rejecting Mr.G [redacted] response because: I started the process of my house modification with his company on 3/21/and Mr.G [redacted] closed my case on 5/28/ a year and months after when in his contract it says the modification is gonna close in daysRight there he lied because he was provided with a good amount of time and I have all the proofAll this time I was following his directions to not make my house payments for months and not answer phone calls from my lender which put me on the brink of losing my house causing me to pay penalties and interests due to late paymentsFrom the closing time on 5/28/Mr.G [redacted] asked for an extension to pay the and promised he would have it on the last day of 9/31/Till this day Mr.G [redacted] still owes me the money which doesn't include the late fees and interestsRevdex.com of the Tri-Countries all I ask for is to please investigate this individual and his company because last time I talked to him he told me I wasn't the only person complaining about receiving my money backThis is a fraud, his way of making money is by tricking his clients and stealing from themAccording to the law he shouldn't be charging any money ahead for modifications especially when he's violating his own policies because I have the documents saying he was suppose to pay me back within days after closing which was 6/28/ Regards, [redacted] Z [redacted]

With MrZ***n rejecting our response he is saying he doesn’t want
the refund it seemsMr Z***n did sign the contract on 2/14/The reason
MrZ***n case was closed was because he was getting tired of the process and
didn’t want to continue with the process anymore, so we respected the clients
wishesSo per MrZ***n his decision was to close out the case which is
what we didNowhere on our contract does it say we will close the modification
in daysOnce it hit the mark we would go to our clients to see if they
would like to continue the process in this case which he did want to continue
at the time which is why he was with our company for the year and months Our contract states” 100% money back guarantee for
homeowners who paid upfront and were not currently in default with their
mortgage payments at the time of submission, if no resolution program is
available after daysRefund will be issued calendar days from the
signed notice of cancellation.” There are issues with Mr Z***n request one
is we did not charge any money upfront from this clientWe took his case
2/14/and received money on 3/21/after we performed the service we said we
would and then would collect our funds based on the laws that were passedAlso
in our contract it clearly states that results and time frame may very on a
case by case scenarioSo it is clear Mr Z***n is rearranging words in our
contract to fit how he wants his stuff done and that is not how we workAt
this time it seems he does not want to be patient and we have no other choice
but to take legal action on the account

To whom it may concern,      I am writing this to further expalin the complaint that was filed with you office. Our company was in the process if pursuing a modification for the Mr. Z[redacted]. With that being said the lender did not provide assitance to the homeowners. I have...

personally discussed with the clients that if the lender did not provide us any options for there account that we would fully refund the first half. So for this specific account our company has already approved the refund of the money he paid. We let the client know that this is a timely process and the refunds can take up to 6 months to a year to refund. In the begining client was patient for the first 60 or so days but after that became very rude and used foul language and raised his voice with me and demannded refund then and there and various other threats. This is not how our company policy works with refunds and client was advised this in writing and verbally. We were merely asking for the time to process the refund as best and as fast as we could. In the end Mr Z[redacted] does not need to contact our office 4 to 5 times a day requesting a refund and seeking other options in order to get his money back when the refund was already approved.As this could only delay the process. Right there he lied because he was provided with a good amount of time and I have all the proof. All this time I was following his directions to not make my house payments for 3 months and not answer phone calls from my lender which put me on the brink of losing my house causing me to pay penalties and interests due to late payments. From the closing time on 5/28/2015 Mr.G[redacted] asked for an extension to pay the 3500 and promised he would have it on the last day of 9/31/2015. Till this day Mr.G[redacted] still owes me the money which doesn't include the late fees and interests. Revdex.com of the Tri-Countries all I ask for is to please investigate this individual and his company because last time I talked to him he told me I wasn't the only person complaining about receiving my money back. This is a fraud, his way of making money is by tricking his clients and stealing from them. According to the law he shouldn't be charging any money ahead for modifications especially when he's violating his own policies because I have the documents saying he was suppose to pay me back within 30 days after closing which was 6/28/2015.
