program, that choose to continue in the culture, and environment that we promote. All staff members require training, whether they receive it from us, or elsewhere. We follow all of the rules of our state board, regarding hiring, and licensing of instructors. We have maintained a staff that not only meets, but exceeds, the states legal requirement for instructors every day since opening in 2014. While I realize, some may not be aware what state law is, we have never, at any time,  had too few instructors (1 for every 25 students, is required). We maintain very close contact with our state board, regarding policies, and updates, so we are always in compliance.Though not required, We maintain a "Future Professional Adviser" on staff, to speak with students regarding attendance, academics, or complaints. Our state board of cosmetology and barber examiners also gladly hears complaints. Per her signed contract dated 8-4-2016 an institutional refund calculation was processed on 2-1-2017. In addition, we processed a return to title IV calculation, per federal guidelines, and it is correct. Again, we are very sorry that our former student is unhappy, and wish her the best!

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: myself and other students and even clients have witnessed poor sanitation. It is not monitored by the teachers. If they have maintained the correct amount of learning leaders they need to educate their staff to not make false remarks to the class. The staff is inexperienced in professionalism. Instructor trainee's are supposed to be in the classroom for the first 300 hours before they come onto the clinic floor according to the handbook. According to the handbook grievances are supposed to be responded to within 15 days and that never happens. Students are instructed to cheat when you can. In class there is no learning. You are told what to highlight, given the answers to the test, then grade your own test. There is very little organization. Paperwork is continuously lost, students are always resigning and back dating stuff. Teachers eat and drink on the clinic floor. I have written a 4 page letter to state board stating numerous other things that just don't sit right with me. I have witnessed that can testify to what I am saying.
Sincerely,*
