Paul Mitchell the School Spokane

Review: I attended Paul Mitchell from May 2013 to May 2014 when I took a 6 month leave being told that when I was ready to come back I just needed to call and I would be able to start. I recently tried to go back. I was told I need to purchase a few supplies and pay a 100$ fee for re enrollment which I did, I also met with admissions, student advisor, and the owner. I was told I would be called that same day or the next day and didn't receive a call so I called [redacted] the owner and he said he was supposed to call me the previous week and had forgot, we talked about some of the challenges I had there and he said he would talk to the student advisor [redacted] and call me that day or the next, after not hearing from him by the next day I called he stated they had sent out a letter but since I was on the phone with him they decided not to accept me back. The letter I received stated that with my current circumstances they were not going to take me back but if my circumstances should change I could re apply in 6 months and sent me a refund of my 100$ fee I had paid the week before. [redacted] had stated that the policy for re enrollment has since changed while I have been gone. I emailed [redacted] and [redacted] on November 6th, 2014 and asked for in writing an explanation of what my "circumstances" are, dated copies of the re enrollment policy from when I left and a current policy both needed to be dated, a copy of my financial breakdown (because they claim I owe them money) and a copy of all my hourly tracking sheets. I have yet to receive anything back from them via email, postal mail, or by phoneDesired Settlement: I would like them to release all of my attended hours so I may attend another school, and dismiss any charges left owed to them since they have not held up their end of the contract for my return.
