I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I NEVER received a refund of the $they
overcharged me for the tag (since they charged me for a two year tag & only provided me a one year tag) I would like a check mailed to me for that refund of $40! Also, they LIED and told me that my warranty was only for ONE YEAR - now they are saying it is for TWO YEARS They NEVER EVER EVER told me to take it to a shop for the warranty to fix They told me they were fixing the problem (when in actuality they only charged the AC over and over again) It was back there FOUR TIMES and this issue was from TEST DRIVE; which I told them BEFORE EVER SIGNING ON THE DOTTED LINE They informed me that there was NOTHING WRONG WITH THE AC and that it just needed to be recharged That is THE ONLY REASON I agreed to buy the car They TOTALLY LIED I want my refund for the one year tag & a refund for this non-existent warranty

Hi The customer received a $40.00 dollar refund in cash and a copy of her service contract was faxed over showing she had a two year service contract with the finance company not us the dealership so a refund for the warranty is not possible because that is through the finance company   Thanks,

we provide the customer with all the paper work for the vehicle, including a car fax report,and state inspection, also we give the option to the customer to test drive the car.  And we give the customer a warranty for three months free of charge and the option to extend.the warranty and the coverage as needed, and in this case the customer have 24 months-/24000 miles warranty covers the following:-• Engine• Transmission• Front wheel drive• Real wheel drive• Seals and gasket And we advised the customer that we are using a third party.warranty company and any claim should be addressed to the warranty company with no obligation or responsibility to Auto Stars LLC, and we ask the customer to sign an agreement stating that.We are making sure to educate our customers when buying used vehicles and explain that used vehicles will require more attention compared to a new vehicles by giving them a list of some major defects that may occur in used motor vehicles.1. Attached is the form of buyer guide that stating that there is no obligation or responsibility on Auto stars LLC for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.2. A copy from the warranty contract with the third party company3. State of Delaware inspection form.Please let us know if you need additional information for this incident.

In regards to the above complain customer provided a fraud paystubs in order to obtain a loan for a car, and after driving around and adding a lot of miles on the car the finance company informed us that the customer's employment can't be verified.On the basis of a fraud paystubs, [redacted] LLC...

reported the incident to the local police for further action, and we repossessed the car.On the other hands the down payment that the customer pays did not cover the total cost of the (added miles, restocking fee, admin fee and other charges).Please let us know if we can provide any further information.
