The customer did contact us to look at their vehicle after initial repairs were made, but no oil leaks were reported to usThe only problem reported to us was a check engine light...which turned out to be an Osensor, which we repaired free of charge We had difficulty arranging repairs because the customer would not leave the vehicle at the shop so we could look at it when we had a chance but instead insisted we look at it while they wait The customer had also wanted us to look at their suspension, but again, they refused to leave it here to be looked at, so nothing came of that Again, no oil leaks were mentioned to us.As for responding to the insurance company, I spoke with their agent on the phone When I asked the agent if they needed anything in writing, they said no, that the discussion we have over the phone was sufficient I explained to the agent that the engine had been in another vehicle, that it was slightly used and that it was in very good condition
