Review: [redacted] was hired in June, started work in July. He was paid in full, and promised to correct the substandard work that was done the first full week in August., and to complete the painting. Walls not covered and complete, substandard installation of carpet on stairs. Damage to wall decoration. He has not completed the work, nor has he responded to texts, phone calls, or e mails. We have tried to reach him repeatedly to no avail. Steamer broken. My property was damaged, and he had promised to remedy this the last weekend in July. He was to return the first full week in August. He is unreachable, and has therefore breached the contract.Desired Settlement: Refund to complete the walls, and repair damage to mirror decoration.Replacement of steamer that was broken during the repair.It will take $1200.00 to repair the incompleted walls behind sink. Woodwork, in Bathroom, Drywall covered in Bathroom. Office Painted, and steamer replaced $299.99
