My name is Dave N[redacted] and I am the owner of Rayne of the North Valley.  Yes, we have been to the home numerous times over the years doing filter changes ect. nothing major.  On July 26 2016 my service manager Miles went to the home because the customer called and stated the RO needed...

repair.  When miles was at the home he checked everything out and when he was told the refrigerator was not getting water he researched it and found the line was kinked.  The kinked line was not one of our lines but the line the builder runs during construction.  Miles showed the customer the kinked line and explained to them numerous times to keep an eye on the refrigerator.  Miles even wrote on the work order and they have a signed copy, quote " walked customer thru system, RO may be working perfect if fridge line is whole, if issue turn off fridge line.  Miles told them and showed them.  When Chris contacted me one month later he was aware of this and even mentioned to me they saw a little water but no big deal in the beginning.  At this time Chris informed me that there was water damage so I tried to set up an appointment to go out to his house as the owner to see what was wrong.  At this time Chris said he already called another plumber and they fixed the water line and already tore up the floor and cut the drywall.  Chris said that there is no need for me to stop out he would send me pictures, and he did. I am at a loss for why a customer would have Rayne out in July and comment on how great Miles is.  Have an issue and not call us out since we were there a month ago.  Call another plumber and have everything tore up and now call me and say its my fault.Please contact me if you have any further questions.  Chris or I can scan and email you the work order if you need it.Thank you again,
