Thanks for giving me a chance to respond. As you are well aware there are sides to every story, I was made aware of the incident immediately after it happened, but did not see it myselfIt is my understanding that the order was placed by another individual, not by the person that the order
was for. The pizza rolls are usually pepperoni or Italian sausage, but the person placing the order requested that they just be cheese. The small side salad is described in the menu as lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and croutons. This is the version that I got, plus pictures were taken, and I spoke with someone the next day who was here and not involved in the incident and they confirmed this version of the story The person returned after picking up the order and complained that the order was made wrong, there was supposed to be pepperoni in the pizza rolls and the salad should contain more ingredients. There was a discussion and she asked for her money back. That request was refused, the order was made properly and because of that no refund would be issued. The customer was yelling and threw the food across the counter and proceeded to push items on the counter to the floor. I was told, that after the food was thrown, there was foul language used, and she left still yellingI would like to apologize, for the foul language used towards the customer, it is inappropriate under any circumstances
