We have looked in to the file I have left a voicemail for the customer to speak with him. After reviewing the file we have proof from the application its self listing [redacted] as the main applicant and his son [redacted] as...
co-app all documents thereafter from the funded bank show [redacted] as the main applicant and his son [redacted] as the co-app all documents were signed by both parties and they have a copy of all documents I will be forwarding these documents to Revdex.com for review. We have also contacted the bank regarding any re-submissions made by Dealer Direct Auto on this deal and there is 1 listed re-submission as the bank had requested to correct [redacted] last name as it was listed incorrectly no other re-submissions were made by Dealer Direct Auto.
We hope to continue to work with the customer as well as the bank to resolve any issues that the customer may still have.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The bill of sale where [redacted] and myself signed has [redacted] as main borrower and myself ([redacted]) as the co borrower. This was the whole idea so [redacted] could establish credit but dealer direct were more worried about making a sale. In addition they sold [redacted] an extended warranty which did not even cover issues that the vehicle had when it was sold to him with (valid inspection sticker)The issues were discussed and pointed out during negotiations and was told the warranty would cover them.(not) I guess buyer beware and do not trust Dealer Direct. I can forward a copy of bill of sale but I cannot prove they changed the paper work or what was discussed during negotiations , me being the principal borrower was Not what was discussed.Dealer Direct knew the Jeep was for [redacted] and what our intentions were regarding the loan we were naive in thinking Dealer Direct was honest and should have looked closer at the deal.

Unfortunately there was some delay on the customers issues due to miscommunication and staff.
However we have tried to stay in...
touch with the customer she has provide several invoices with diagnosis of what the vehicle requires.
An email has been sent to the customer as of today 10/04/2017 with a resolution. We are hoping for a response from the customer as to our offer, and will advise once we hear from her.
