We have looked in to the file I have left a voicemail for the customer to speak with himAfter reviewing the file we have proof from the application its self listing *** as the main applicant and his son *** as
co-app all documents thereafter from the funded bank show *** as the main applicant and his son *** as the co-app all documents were signed by both parties and they have a copy of all documents I will be forwarding these documents to Revdex.com for reviewWe have also contacted the bank regarding any re-submissions made by Dealer Direct Auto on this deal and there is listed re-submission as the bank had requested to correct *** last name as it was listed incorrectly no other re-submissions were made by Dealer Direct Auto
We hope to continue to work with the customer as well as the bank to resolve any issues that the customer may still have

The bill of sale where *** and myself signed has *** as main borrower and myself (***) as the co borrowerThis was the whole idea so *** could establish credit but dealer direct were more worried about making a saleIn addition they sold *** an extended warranty which did not even cover issues that the vehicle had when it was sold to him with (valid inspection sticker)The issues were discussed and pointed out during negotiations and was told the warranty would cover them.(not) I guess buyer beware and do not trust Dealer DirectI can forward a copy of bill of sale but I cannot prove they changed the paper work or what was discussed during negotiations , me being the principal borrower was Not what was discussed.Dealer Direct knew the Jeep was for *** and what our intentions were regarding the loan we were naive in thinking Dealer Direct was honest and should have looked closer at the deal

light,and that warrantee paper,etc sent on Thurs FEB ,DID NOT RECEIVE THEM AS YET,and it it is MARCH ,2016.I agree with him repairing the light,and fixed in ***,but still wanting this file to stay open until this work,plus documents sent to me first.thank you kindly

please be advised customer was contacted on Monday nov 14th customer arranged a meeting with our store manager which already took place on Wednesday 16th Novduring this meeting the customer expressed there concerns
***arrangements were paid to pick up the customers vehicle today Friday 18th November and have the issue resolved at no expense to the customer
please advise we did pick up the customers vehicle today, we have allowed her to use one of our vehicles from the dealership while we diagnose hers and repair the issueat this point in time customer is satisfied with our progress
we will advise once customer receives vehicle back with issue repaired
we value our relationships with all of our clients
