Review: I ordered more goods in site,but have not received the delivery mail,Courier number after complaints received,the show has been sign for it,but I did not receive the parcel,the customer service personnel after the investigation said the parcel has been sent to the correct address,refused my refund request,I'm not satisfied for such services,Why do I have to pay for a parcel not received?Desired Settlement: I ask for a refund
