1.) Yes, we had a scheduling error due to the fact that we had new temps working for us that week and they were learning the computer system.2.) Our technicians do not carry every single part for every single system on their truck so we had to special order the part Our tech did show the customer how to keep the heat running until the part came in so the customer would not be without heat.3.) On January 5th we were running behind due to emergencies, we had a number of our service partners, who pay monthly fees, without heat that morning, so we fell behind in the schedule by a couple hours4.) On the return visit our tech did notice there was another issue after putting in the part that was ordered We have very good technicians and we train them to make sure everything is in good working order before stepping away from a job Unfortunately we did not see this issue the first time Unfortunatley the part was not a stocked item so he had to special order it.5.) We then returned on January 12th, installed the new parts and unit worked fineUnfortunately it was just one of those times where the parts had to be special ordered.As for our customer service, we were going thru a transition period during that time where of our customer service representatives were replaced and we had some temps in answering phones Since then we have hired new full time CSR’s that fit our way of doing business

Hello, I talked with my HVAC service manager and we have had guys out there the last two days doing all we can to get them water This customer has no money and we are returning to do this work at no cost just to get them water The additional problems are issues with the plumbing to the house, not the original call and the realtor/buying agent who wrote this complaint is on the hook and is trying to blame all of this on us.Thank You, Kyle

My alert on my heating system resulted in a call to PWEssig and my service pro was Mike W He assessed the problem quickly and came up with an alternate solution when my present part was no longer available and another damaged part had to be reconstructedHe was courteous throughout the service visit and kept me informed of the cause and how he could remedy the problem Heat was restored as promised just in time before the cold snap hit

I had Justin D [redacted] (of Essig) come out to my house to service my heating systemJustin was very polite and he knew exactly what he was talking about and was very helpful when asking questions! He then came back out to give me some upgrades to my heating system and did an outstanding job, and again, he was very helpful with any questions I had If you need services for heating, cooling, or plumbing, I would strongly suggest Essig!

I had a horrible experience with ESSIG's Plumbing out of Reading, PA I had them out to my house for their $"drain cleaning special" in which they were to use a plumbing snake to clean out the main drain When they first arrived - without even assessing the line and attempting to thoroughly clean the line with the snake, they tried to "upsell" to a hydro pressure washer main drain clean - for a charge of ~$ When I declined that option, they attempted to charge ~ $to snake the line and include a limited warranty I declined that option, and asked them to snake the line thoroughly Well, instead of doing a thorough job, they left substantial blockage/roots in the line to the extent that by the following afternoon the floor drain in my basement was blocking up yet again I called them right away, they were to come out to my house by 8AM They never showed So, I had to reschedule, and requested a refund Instead, they sent two techs out who ran a camera down the line and SHOWED ME the debris and roots that they did NOT clear the first time they were out to the houseI told them that had they performed their work to industry standard plumbing practices the FIRST time they were out the house the line would have been clear, and the water would not still be backing up They AGAIN tried to say that it would cost considerably more than $for the main drain clean out, and I told them that they were fraudulently advertising the $main drain clean out special, and asked them to refund what I paid and leave my property I would up having to rent my own snake to clean the line, and easily removed roots which quickly opened the line Please do not contract with this company, they're unethical and dishonest

I just had one of the best service pros ( Mike W.) form Essig come out and clean and service my gas furnaceMike was very friendly and helpful with all my questionMike knew what he was talking about and didn't waste anytime getting the job doneThank you Mike you are greatly appreciatedPaul

Mike W [redacted] has a great personality and is always very knowledgeable about the heating and cooling system we haveWill definitely recommend him as a technician and also a good estimator for other work

I had Darrin over to fix my heat pump on Wed 11-2-I just wanted to say he provided excellent service and was very professionalI would recommend Paul wEssig, Incand Darrin for all you heating/a/c needs
