told by *** that sorry sometimes things like this happenFurthermore were not responsible for items/debris in yard that we cannot seeWe’re not responsible for gravel bed due to customer is only under “Basic Service”Gravel bed was not properly supported with proper border/edging to contain gravel in bedBricks are laid across edge/border not properly secures and can be easily moved

Yes, the lawn! This is ridiculous and there was never any mention of such services. We have been in business for 24 years working by referral only, we have over 1,000 regular clients and we have never, ever been asked to pull weeds over an entire lawn. We offered to use a weed and feed product for his lawn, but this was not satisfactory. Our crews spent adequate time to mow, trim, pull weeds, and turn mulch in his gardens.
