I had my oil changed in my car by the Service Center in Vadnais Heights They never said anything was wrong and I was not leaking oil, nothing on my driveway Two weeks later I have oil covering my manifold from them adding to much oil and blowing the seal The oil is still full but I lost about a quart Brought it back and they took pictures Third party insurance company said they cant prove Walmart is at fault, without looking at the pictures and refused to file a claim I am now out of a safe car I guess I am not a valued customer after years

I have travelled to many areas during my time in the military and the location at Hwy in Phenix City, AL has to be the absolute worst that I have ever visitedThe store is full of self-check out lanes and rarely has cashiers available to assistIt is as though they expect the customers to do the work for them for freeThe night shift customer service manager *** has to be the nastiest, most negative, ill spirited, unhelpful, and degrading manager I have ever dealt with in my lifeRather than her trying to assist customers that wish not to use a self check out, she would rather tell a customer she doesn't care if they shop there or not because she is going to get paid regardlessAnd this is the type of person Walmart has representing them! Almost every other Walmart that I have visited in any other location has at least one cashier available at all timesShe doesn't run her shift that wayI had an encounter with her on 4/29/in which she actually lied to another manager because she did not want to open a laneThis lady is not fit to a be a manager and Walmart should really consider the type of people they have representing them

I was in the Walmart store in Whitehall Ohio today to purchase several itemsWhile in line, a walmart employee told me they were opening up an additional line and that it would be faster if I used thatSo I got into the new lineWhen it was my turn in line, the cashier told me to go to the back of the old line because she was not going to ring me outSo I went to customer service and waited for quite a whileThe guy at customer service reluctantly rang me outI noticed on the receipt that the sodas and eggs rang up at a higher price than what was marked on the shelfI asked him to correct thisHe said I had to wait for an "override"So I waited, and an assistant manager came over and stated that they could not fix the errorSo, I just returned everything for a refund

While in the checkout, at North Marine Blvd Wal-Mart today, I was yelled at by the cashier and a member of managementI was attempting to resolve an issue of why my bill was so highI didn't see whit was when I had only purchased three itamI kept asking the cashier why the amount was so high and she kept saying she didn't knowI then asked to see a print out of the receipt, she refused to print out what was purchasedI told her the only item on the card screen was a fan that I was being over charged forI didn't know why the fan was ringing up at Before the manager returned I asked to see a print out of what was rung upShe refused, instead she tried to get me to come over to her side of the register, but I refused to do that, instead demanding the copy of the receiptStill she refused so I told her to get her managerAt that point the cashier yelled at me saying that "I'm not you God *** slave." She did leave to get the manager at that pointWhile she was gone the other manager returned with a different brand of fanI explained that the other fan I pulled from the shelve was marked at the same price of as all the fans on that shelf were marked When the other manager returned I told her that I just wanted the money returned to my debit car for the fan that was brokenShe yelled at me saying that wasn't going to happenI have had nothing but trouble from the customer service at this store, they refuse to do anything about itAll they do is tell me their very sorry, yet the cashiers continue to be rude, they never have the correct pricing out, and they are constantly to busy having personal conversations on the floor to help customers adequately I have stopped shopping at the is Wal-Mart before, when I go back after months, nothing has changedThis incident was both unfair and embarrassing to my selfI believe people need to lose their jobs if they do not have the competency to do it with accuracy

Ok place to work could pay their employees better but cheap prices and decent management

On 9/2/I took our truck into the Walmart super center at Vista Knoll Parkway in Reno NV, around 3:pmTwice the tech came to ask if I was aware that the oil pan drain plug was bent and that they could not perform the oil change if it was damaged(It is a rubber gasket) I should have known right then what kind of employees I was dealing withthen they asked if I was aware of leaks coming from the engine (yes, and it is a common issue with our truck, not a major deal) and then they proceeded to take photos of the un-linked sway bars (which they had nothing to do with the service I requested), finally they began to change the oilthey proceeded to unhook the air filter(didn't need to be unhooked) and remove the hoses and connectors, they drained the oil, and then tried to put on an oil filter for a light weight vehicle(not even the same size as the filter they removed), after a drawn out discussion my guess is that they finally decided it was not the correct filterThey retrieved what appeared to be the correct filterand installed itthey failed to even perform the services they have listed on their website

with the exception of one they checked the front and rear differentials for fluidbut when doing this they must have accidentally or purposefully drained the fluid and failed to replace itthey noted on the receipt that they checked it and made no other notes about levels or the need to refill itand marked the cases with their industry standard blue marksFinally they closed up the truck and sent me on my way around 5:45pm (over two hours to do a basic lube and oil change)
About yards outside of the shop area there was a strange rattling noise coming from the enginelow and behold they failed to connected the air filter to the engine ( could have destroyed the engine if it went unnoticed)I hooked it back up myself
upon further inspection it was also noticed that they had used lock-tight on the oil pan sealand a few other things they had touched( if it gets in the engine oil it will destroy the engine) ,
I also checked the tires and they were over inflated by to lbs each (also noted on the receipt...) which driving long distances at highway speeds could have caused a fatal situation if I had not checked itI called the store manager the moment I got home and complained about the service and he wanted us to bring our vehicle back to have him perform the servicebut after that experience I am never taking any of my vehicles to them againso I told him no
The next day 9/3/I was heading out to a camping trip with friends and family and about miles outside of Reno, NV about 9:30am (less than hours since the service) the truck began to make a strange noise and lurched forward it felt like my engine had blown upI immediately stopped and pulled off the roadI check the drive line, the tires, the fuel pump, then I noticed the telltale blue marks on the front and rear differentialsat that moment I realized what they had donethey had opened the differentials up at the shop to check them and failed to make sure whatever fluid they removed or let drain out had been replacedI called the store manager and told him what had happened he said that we could tow it back to their shop and have it looked at by the insurance adjustorNeedless to say that my truck was friedI called AAA and had them tow the truck back to my home
I told him that the truck will be available at our property or at a mechanic of our choosing for their adjustor to inspecthe had no responseI was unavailable until 9/7/and on on 9/7, 9/& 9/I called the manager multiple times with no responseI finally called their market office at the Keitzke location and spoke with a lovely lady named ***...she finally provided my with a claim number and contact for their insurance agent at Sedgwick insuranceI called and had to leave a message with no responseI so I called the Vista Knoll location again and had my girlfriend ask for the direct contact for their liability insurance claims (since clearly they were avoiding me)we received another number and called and left a message with no response
I called my car insurance company and they helped me locate the adjustor for my claim against Wal-Martsame daythe Sedgwick adjustor on a recorded phone call asked me about what service I had come in forand what that service entailed I let him know that is something he should know since it was his client that performed the serviceI had to be the one to tell him what he was supp

I purchased a sleeping bag for my son and upon bringing it home, I realized it was usedI'm disgusted that they would restock the shelf with a used/returned item! Gross!! Also I wish the employees understood and spoke Englishbecause no one can ever answer questionsUnfortunately for me, I only speak English ð???

Was denied a refund for a cellphone in an unopened package
On July 10, 2018, I went to the Walmart store at Gateway in El Paso, TXI wanted a cellphone to replace my old phoneI went to the electronics dept and picked a new cellphone and ask two of the employees for help, asking if it was the correct cellphone to replace my old oneThey told me they couldn't tell me if it was the correct cellphone, they said I would have to call the companyWhich I did, but at the time there was a min waiting period, so I decided to buy the phone and go home and call the companyI ended up needing another type of phoneSo, today, I try to return the cellphone I purchased at the Walmart store and was told I could not get a refund because it was over days from the purchase dateAt no time was I told I had days to return the cellphone, in fact, the receipt does not say there is only days to return the purchaseThe clerk at the customer service desk told me that the electronics d

In two different instances, I was overcharged for items I purchased at the Wal Mart on Cattleman in Sarasota, Fl
The first time I was overcharged $for a bottle of wineAt that time, I noticed, and immediately let the cashier know about the mistake, and it was immediately taken care of
The second time, was about a week laterUnfortunately for me, I did not notice until I started to check my receipt as I walked out of the storeConsequently, I had to wait in line for over minutes before the issue was resolvedI had been charged $for oranges, when the actual price was supposed to be $I was also charged $for each of two containers of nuts that were actually marked for sale at $eachOn just those three items, I was overcharged $
If I had not taken the time to check my receipt, or wait what seemed like forever, I would never have been reimbursed
When I think of how much money Wal Mart or someone from that particular store is gleaning from these kinds of mistakes, I am horrifiedThis Wal Mart probably has at least customers a dayIf each one was overcharged just $10, someone would have taken $10,per day illegally from the customers
I am not sure who else I can talk with or write letters to to help others avoid getting taken advantage of by this Wal MartUntil I find out, I will continue to tell people what happened to me and to check their receipts and report any discrepancies immediately

Employees are very rude and no one is helpful

While at a store I checked the Walmart website for price match policy (http://help.walmart.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/31/~/walmarts-price-matching-po... and selected items I wished to purchase which appeared to be covered by this policy (match was for exact match and from best buy.com)At the checkout I was told that Walmart does not pricematch and shown a contradictory policy noticeI was unable to find this policy on their corporate websiteI spoke with customer service manager and assistant manager who were unable to helpIn my opinion this was effectively a bait and switch operation, where I was lead to believe that I would receive a lower price due to price matching policy on their corporate website, and told that the items would be much more expensive at the checkout, where I felt pressured to purchase the items at the higher priceIt would appear that Walmart no longer feels that it is necessary to honor their own policies

Walmart misleads customers with a simple straight forward return policy on their primary website, but a different policy on their corporate site
I was recently informed that although Walmart's in store return and exchange policy reads that they will accept any return with or without a receipt within days, they have a separate return and exchange policy on their corporate website which reads they may decline a return or exchange regardless of whether or not the customer has a receipt

I spent over an hour calling the store just to get find out if they had an item in stock the person answering the phone kept putting me on hold .I then called the walmart support line and was on hold for minutes then was telling the person about my store complaint They just transferred me to the wallmart number starting me over in the phone Que I just was on the phone for minutes

This woman working the register was the rudest person I've ever metI had a water refill told her and she said wait a minute I'm busy and when she rang it up was rang up the incorrect price, I told her it rang incorrectly she said that is not my problem! A yellow vest person comes up said just void if off and give it to her for free and walks awayThe lady stands there with an attitude and said I can't do that and waits for the other yellow vest lady to come up that got a replacement bag of red skin potatoes for me that was openedShe was very nice and helpful and she fixed the problem and rang it up correctly for the water refillI told the nice yellow vest lady if I could get that woman's name as I wanted to notify corps offices off her bad behavior the rude cashier throws her badge down says here's my name and the yellow vest lady had to get assistance to get this rude cashier away from the register apologizing for this woman's rudenessI could not find one person at customer service to assist with this woman's rudeness and could not get the proper spelling of this woman's name but it was something like Gauavine or something
I listed you all my receipt numbers so you should be able to locate and have this type of behavior handled correctly as she was extremely rudeI completely praise the yellow vest woman she tried to clear that rude lady that was very rude and kept apologizing for her rudeness
This should not be the type of people in customer service she was very hateful

My Walmart account was hacked and over $in gift cards stolen from my accountCustomer service promised a refund on occasions but now say noMy account was hacked, my savings catcher gift card was used by someone in California, and NO ONE at Walmart customer service is able to help meAfter being told I would receive a refund, they now say they are not responsible for the theft and refuse to offer a refund for the stolen money (over $was stolen!) and their customer service has lied to me, hung up on me, promised me I would have a refund in a timely manner (it's been over a month) and they have now sent me an email telling me changing my password will solve the problemIf anyone uses savings catcher, they should know that this will NOT solve the problem since thieves still have my savings catcher gift card number.They are sending the issue again, for the third time, to a mysterious "tier 2" groupa group who has no contact number or email so you can't speak to them directly

I went to Walmart Pharmacy in Live Oak, Fl and I felt as if I entered a bad neighborhoodThe Pharmacist named *** *** which I will later provide her photo escalated a poor customer service situationThis person demonstrated in every action she made that customers don't matterI asked her a simple question"Why don't you call customers if you decide not to fill there medication." The pharmacy decided since my insurance did not cover a twenty dollar medication they will not fill it until I show up to pick it upOnce you are there Walmart procedure is to ask you if you want it or notEven though I told *** months ago to fill all meds *** responded that she has over six hundred patients and I responded maybe you need less and I walked awayThen as I walked away from the situation *** laughed at meI then asked her " Did you laugh at me?" *** said "yes" because I walked awayI ignored her behavior then moments later *** threw up both of her handsShe minus well of said thug lifeShe threw up her hands probably because I was watching herThe last time I turned my back *** she mocked meI transferred all my records to *** knowing anyone is better then *** *** poor customer serviceAlso, I was told by the corporate customer service representative I would receive a call within forty eight hours and I have no record on my caller IDWow, Walmart seems to make a bad situation get worse
