I went to the Ferguson, MO Walmart I bought a 55' Samsung Smart TV for $ I came home and a 32' TV was in the box The stand for the 55' is in the box but not the right TVIt looks like the bottom of the box had been opened I went back to the store and showed them the TV in the box They refused to refund my money The manager was really rude to me They called the police on me I have called the corporate office and they are not helping meThe Corporate office claims they will not overturn the decision of the manager They didn't give me a reason why Now I am stuck with a TV that I didn't buy

I went to Walmart Department Store, located on SStewart, I purchased a virus protection for my laptop, McAfee-Antivirus plus on 12-23-I took the Protection plan home, I called McAfee antivirus to activate the McAfee antivirus security planAnd it would not let me activate itThe technician tried it twiceThey said that something is blocking them from activating the virus protectionSo I took the protection plan back to Walmart with the receipt to get my money backThe assistant manage, *** told me that I can not get my money back Friday, December 30, at 12:15pmI have a virus protection I cannot get activated and I want my money back

On Jan 2, I went to Walmart Store # and had a disturbing experience at several areas of the storeI purchased a Trac phone and as I exited the store the security alarm went offThe store "greeter" then called me overHowever, rather than promptly verify my receipt and correct Walmart's failure to deactivate the internal item, he stood me aside and had me wait while he reviewed the packages of others who came after meThe experience made me feel as though I was errant and needed more detailed searchingI attempted to voice my feeling to Simon, the greeter, but he was argumentativeI then requested he call a Mgr overI waited mins with no one coming to investigate my concernI then approached a cashier Rachel to page a manager, and again waited another five minsAt my min mark, I was approached by Rachel, who walked with me to the customer service sectionAt this time I'd already waited minsIt was mins secs before I got to speak to Sandy, Asst Mgr about my concernI attempted calling Walmart's district office to no avail
It is unclear what the directions given the doorman is, but I resent having my time wasted, and being made to feel like a criminal, as was the case with this Walmart visitI look forward to a response, and correction of this practice

I was rejected the service of check cashing*** from the Chula Vista Walmart at Broadway said she could not cash my check because it showed initials for the first nameI told her I have cashed my payroll check there many times beforeShe then asked for a second ID because my Driver's License showed a PO BoxI provided her with a second ID and she still refused to cash the check stating that Walmart does not cash checks with Initials for the first nameI told her that all 200,state employees checks are written that way and she said she would not cash State Employees checksIs that where Walmart stand on this or is this ***'s own policies? I had my oil changed in my car by the Service Center in Vadnais Heights They never said anything was wrong and I was not leaking oil, nothing on my driveway Two weeks later I have oil covering my manifold from them adding to much oil and blowing the seal The oil is still full but I lost about a quart Brought it back and they took pictures Third party insurance company said they cant prove Walmart is at fault, without looking at the pictures and refused to file a claim I am now out of a safe car I guess I am not a valued customer after years

I ordered photos through the WalMart website to be picked up at the local store times in years they have sent them to a store across the state where I used to live I have corrected my address with them more times than I can count I needed those photos for a project, now I have to pay double to get them reprinted Rather than say they would print them at the store, which they are perfectly capable of doing, they said they can't do that and that the only options were to pick them up where they were sent, (hours away) or refund my money in 3-days UNACCEPTABLE! This is the worst store in the city of Indianapolis, advoid this Walmart if you can, the employees are unprofessional and lack respect for customersThe employees are childish and lack basic knowledge of customer service ! I took my truck to Walmart for a high mileage oil change, with that service,they're suppose to top all fluids.I paid and drove my truck home,then looked under the hood.They filled the windshield washer tank up with water,when they were suppose to use windshield wiper fluid that don't freeze.they didn't change the oil filter, they left the old one on.I took my truck back to Walmart min later and told the Auto manager,He didn't want to listen and was very rude,then he finally looked at the truck,and said the wiper fluid is blue on the top,which it wasn'tThe wiper fluid was clear as water,then I asked him why the oil filter was so dirty,his answer,maybe the guy hands was dirty.I told him.a new oil filter wouldn't look that dirty.It was same oil filter I put on.Because I did my last oil change.After I drove back home,I filled a clear mason jar up with the wiper fluid that was in my truck.The fluid was clear not blue,I then put the mason jar with wiper fluid in the freezer,In hours,t

if I could give it a star I wouldin regards to their "new" savings catcher program-how they consider this a positive change that makes for a better shopping experience I am baffledyou now have to scan a bar code while checking out and goes into your Walmart pay account you cannot scan the receipt anymoreproblems:
-I have been into several Walmart locations over the past month and twice the checkout person has NO CLUE to what you are supposed to do/what to scan;
-you now are forcing me to have my phone in and on me when I go into Walmart (needless like my parents have a smart phone to begin with, which they don't);
-so now when you are done being rung up and have to pay you need to get into your phone, open your Walmart app and then the Walmart pay so you can scan a code-mean while the people waiting in line to checkout are now having to wait for me to do all this just making wait time in the line to pay longerthe only thing this has done is discouraged people from using the savings catcher program and put the money back into their own pockets and not the customersshame on Walmart for this poor change and lack of consideration to their customersbeing able to use this was a benefit to going to Walmart knowing I'd get the best price, but now not using it I will definitely not go out of my way to go to Walmart, rather just shop closer to home!

I canceled my service on my cell phone because I keep getting dropped calls and when I call customer service they are telling me no refunds
I just paid the bill two days ago and when I talk to customer service and tell them why I canceled service they say no refunds.If there wasn't a problem with the service I would not be asking for a refund but under the circumstances I should get one

So I went to customer service & asked for a managerI got the customer service manager & she walked over to our check out & the cashier was goneShe left the line & all the other customers waitingWhen she walked back she told the manager she wouldn't wait on usThe manager nodded at her & gave her a look like she understood that we were the problemShe rang us out but at no time did she apologize for what happenedShe also didn't listen to what I was trying to tell herWhen I was talking, she cut me off & said it was OKBut it wasn't OK! Road hazard replacement insurance for tires refused by walmart automotive manager even though it was purchased when tires were purchased
