For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.do not accept the response made by the business to resolve this complaintwhat she stated is and I have a recording if both conversationsthe school provided me with the number to call and request a drop off timethe family advocate instructed me to all Pauls bus service and that's what was done and to add the same day the response is dated for the bus driver happened to STOP showing up to pick up my childevery statement posted is supported by time stamped calls or picturesfeel

Sept -- Received call from *** *** for the business; she was upset with content of complaint; she acknowledged events but had a different perspectiveShe stated the person making the complaint has never identified herself as the parent of a child that rides the busIn this regard she and the business will not release information regarding a child to a person that calls without knowledge it is speaking with the parent.She acknowledged the child's bus payment was late and it was the driver's discretion whether to allow a child to ride the bus when a payment was lateShe disputed that she was rude to lady when she called after the close of business.She stated that the parents of the child sign a contract that details the payment terms prior to being permitted to ride one of is buses

We review the accounts during the month of February and March, letters are then sent to the customers who may have over paid or underpaid,. It is irrelevant whether the payment was missed, underpaid or overpaid, last month or three months ago we notified the customer as to what
is still owed. If there was a payment missed we will addressed that on the last month and service will be denied. We do our payments on a nine month projections, so in May if there is no payment but if a payment is still do the student will not ride. The customer owes the missing payment

I tried to call on the 16th, requested to speak with the manager, she said that she was the mgr, and I asked to speak with owner, and she said that was the owner tooShe called me an ignorant parent, and she asked for my son's name, and I said that I wouldn't give it to her and she said that
because you're ignorant, and you don't want your son to get in trouble with the bus companyThen she lied and said that I called at 6:and I actually called at 5:and I have how she talked to me recorded and I have the times that I called up there

The parent called and asked for drop off time, she was instructed that we don't give drop off times, and the only time that we talk to the parent is for pick up timesThe school does not instruct them to call usI verified that with the schoolShe was told to ask the bus driver, approximate drop
off timeShe didn't like that answer, and she began to tell me to stop talkingI gave the phone to the other owner, and he told her the same thingShe needs to communicate with our customer, which is the school for further information

The responds I recieved was totally falseShe stated is was rude and that I never introduce myself nor child.I did I have phone calls to the company recorded and on the first call at pm not 6pmShe is the owners wife thats why she dont have respect for no cause there is not consquences behind her behaviorAlso I never was late on my payment I also have the yellow paper stating its due on the 15th not on the 13thI also spoke to the bus driver he even stated the payment is due on the 15thI feel she was having an horrible day and I became your targetI will never ever use this company and several other has stop the service due to her nasty attitudeHopefully her husband will step up and fix this issuesI im requesting that my respond will be posted on Revdex.com websitesAlso I will turn over phone calls and yellow paper on company to where it states payment due on the 15th not the 13th
