I filed a complaint against Paul's Custom Floors back in May 13, The instructions received advised me that the case should take about days or less to solveI call back again today since I was never
notified of any updates on my complaint case filed against that business. Nothing has been resolved as of todays date 7/10/As we discussed earlier today over the phone Paul's Custom Floors I was informed by you that Paul's company never responded back to the Revdex.com in the past two months regarding my complaint until todayThis being the sole reason I have not received or heard a response back in the my case. I was advised that *** finally responded back to the Revdex.com and reported that everything had been worked out between usThis however is not the case and the extreme oppositeJust this past weekend I had to message him that he is leaving me no option but to file a civil suite against him for reimbursement of damages and redo of work exceeding $14,by his action not to respond. I have been requesting for him to repair the damages to my house that he was caused along with repairing the paid faulty installation workI cannot get him to come and try to use water and a brush to see if he can get the metallic paint can be removeI can get him to come attempt to remove all the tape he left behind on the house eitherThis has been on going issue since since April of He has made no attempt to contact me or complete any work in the past month and halfI have been the sole person making any contact and that normally has been done on a weekly basis*** continues to promise that he will be out each week however he has yet to ever show upIn response I have requested that he just hire an outside source to repair the damages he caused along with repair the driveway, stair case, and back patio because he has made no effort in doing any work himselfThe last time *** showed up to work was in the first week of June and before that it had been a monthThe coveing material he installed does not bound to the concrete and refuses to come and repair it. He does not respond back with attempts to correct the issueI recently offered to find and hire contractors for him in doing the needed work but again no responseI finally just requested a complete refund of the money I have already paid him over $8,A refund would allow me to start getting the project re-done correctly and to repair the damagesI am looking at about 14,in redo and repair damages, I still get no responseThis past weekend I advised him that by ignoring everything only forces me to take civil action against his business and again no response Known damages occurred by *** to my brand new house that was built within the last year : Exterior house constructed in pigmented stucco (mediterranean style) that requires a lifetime warranty of no paint *** splattered blue metallic paint along the house around the back porch are of house approx ft x 4Ft(needs to be completely re-stucco with pigmented stucco) according to the builder and the stucco installer to properly repair the area *** damage *** damaged front entry wood door by splattering his epoxy type glue substance all over the lower half of the front doorTo repair the entry door contractor advised the door needs to be completely stripped/sanded and re stained *** damage new metal stair case, hand rail, and exterior stucco of front house by taping everything off and not removing it after he installed his cover materialsDuring his installation process the tap is cemented and bounded to everything causing major damage in removing it from those surfacesTo date *** has not attempted to remove the tape that was installed back in April*** never removed or cleaned up the tape work after the insulation as promised causing damage to metal and exterior of houseThe tape bounded to the hand rail and house from the installation requiring it to now be sanded off along with new paint and stucco to repair all the damageThe same problem occurred around the exterior stucco of the stair case and garage door area were he installed tapeThis repair requires even more re stuccoing of the exterior of the front of home*** never removed any of the tape he place on the house and his product caused the tap to bound to the house and stair case causing major damage in the removal The back patio material covering was not installed correctly and has countless air bubbles and blemishes through outExperts have been out and confirmed it needs to be completely striped and redoneThe product and installation process is the only factor in causing such resultsThe concrete was tested by machine and showed to have no issues for such material to bound to it such as moisture issuesAll the companies would provided a life time warranty on the redo of the patio covering(Paul's company provided a life time warranty on the work he performed but will not honor it even after the initial install showed all his faults) The product material covering used on the front driveway and stair case installed by *** is not bounding to the concrete surface properlyAgain several experts have been out and confirmed it needs to be completely redone and the product used or installation process is the only factor causing this issueThe concrete was tested by machine and showed to have zero issues for such material to bound to itAgain all companies provided a life time warranty on the redo of the stairs and driveway(Paul's company provided a life time warranty on the work he performed but will not honor it even after the initial install showed all his faults) I am waiting for a response and thank you for time assistance given to this matter *** ***
