They have nice products and good prices but the customer service is absolutely terribleThey installed our fibre flooring incorrectly and then it took almost months of calling multiple times a week to finally get them the come back out and fix the problemWhen they did come we have less than hrs notice and were instructed that we had to move all the furniture ourselves including our fridge and our kitchen islandThey were never on time and we rarely received a call back when we left voice mails and emails and even went there in person to try to speak to someoneBut the manager was always away or unavailableI will never do business with them again
