On 10/5/16, paid a deposit of $2,434.oo for aluminum screen doors, which were to be completed within a two week period The Door Man, Victor A [redacted] , fails to show up, fails to return calls, has made constant excuses why work isn't ready...always saying next week and I call you when coming over to install Finally arrived with a thick, extremely heavy wood front screen door, painted green instead of a putty color I am handicapped and use a walker Would not have been able to open the front door and then a heavy screen wood door All screen doors were to be aluminum per his written agreement and invoice As of today, 12/8/2016, I called him and he said he didn't know when the screen door would be ready because he had someone else making it and was unable to reach them He asked if I wanted to cancel the job and have him refund my deposit, for which I said yes, and when would he bring my deposit to me, he said maybe next week or the following week I told him I wanted my refun
