Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: You [redacted] ? me you awe me money you are a ***! I will never shop at your business of [redacted] customers and am going out of my way to stop anyone from shopping at your business of [redacted] customers! Never Sincerely Shopping with you ever again after your [redacted] comments to me, [redacted] ***

Here is the information concerning this complaint:Customer requested a roast that was priced at $in the case, if you were buying it whole in whateverweight you requested.? EX:? lbroast2.? Customer requested center cuts out of the middle and wanted it sliced extremely thin which can onlybe done on a special slicer.3.? Yes, the owner stepped in at this point because the employee waiting on said customer is new and didn'thave experience with this yet.4.? Anytime detailed labor/special equipment is needed that will be reflected in the price of the item.5.? There was no forcing the customer to buy it.? He continued shopping in the deli and had time to change his mindbut still made the purchase.6.? Refund was offered in the store as well as over the phone.? It was rejected and customer used vulgar languagein response.7.? Customer keeps going on social media and complaining.? Had to block from our website.? Could have alreadyhad the refund & been resolved.8.? Refund will be mailed.? Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with concerning this issue.? Thanks
