this customer brought in as a 2ps suit. The customer came in with the jacket after he had picked up almost a year ago and asked me to look for the pants. We looked to see our unclaimed clothes to check but nothing matched his jacket. Our computer system with clear records of customer history indicates this cutomer never brought the whole suit to be cleaned.

Review: New $1150 Calvin Klein suit was brought to be tailored. I picked up and paid for the suit just before it closed. Upon bringing the suit home to try it on, I realized the pants were not with the suit jacket. Since are traditionally under the suit jacket, I didnt notice they weren't there until I was home. I returned the next day to inform them the pants were not with the jacket. They said that because I left the store they were no longer responsible. I returned several times as they said someone might have gotten the pants by mistake and would return them. After 5 trips and 3 months of waiting, they refused to do anything for me.Desired Settlement: I would like a new Calvin Klein suit or the money to go purchase a new suit.

Review: I brought in a suit (jacket and pants) for dry cleaning. I picked up the suit, brought it home and hung it the closet assuming I had received the suit (jacket and pants)I dropped off for cleaning. When I went to retrieve the suit months later I found that the suit I had picked up was only a jacket. The pants were not returned. Since the pants are traditionally under the suit jacket, I had not noticed they weren't there. As soon as I noticed the missing pants I went back to the store to inquire about their whereabouts. After repeated visits to the store I was informed that they had "searched all our store rooms" to no avail. I was told they are not responsible and that there is no way to confirm they had "misplaced" the pants. They displayed indifference toward the matter and refused to do anything to compensate me for a suit I could no longer use.Desired Settlement: I would like my suit pants to be returned. As that appears to be impossible, I would like the suit to be replaced or at a minimum the $500 I had purchased it for.
