I am rejecting this response because:I do not know how the person responding in defense of the technician (which I assume is the owner/manager?) say’s that he has "dealt with people like me before" and that I was very manipulative and that I didn't intend on paying from the beginningHow could he possibly know this? He NEVER even called me back to resolve the issue so how does he know what kind of person I am? I am very offended by his statementIf he would have contacted me to see what happen, he would have known that I intended to payHe is only going on what the technician said, which is very unfair. I have been a manager for over years and in my experience, the first thing you do is contact the customer and get their side of the storyThat is what customer service is all aboutIf he would have called and resolved the issue at hand I would have never filed a complaint to the Revdex.comI have never reported anyone in my lifeBut I felt this could not go unreported. The technicians account of what happened is not very accurate eitherHe said that he did not start getting rude until the end of our appointment, this is totally untrue, he was rude from the moment he walked through my doorI did not see the nice guy they say he isIf he was so nice he should have started off by apologizing to me for being over minutes late! That would have been the courteous thing to doI told both the dispatcher and the gentleman who initially took the call to come out that my A/C just needed to be turned on and told the technician this as wellI also never said the price was "Outrageous" all I said was "Wow, that's expensive"I know that "issues' might occur when something has been sitting around all winter so I was not surprised that it needed padsI was just surprised at the cost because I know how cheap ($7) they are at the storeI know they have to add to that cost, it just seemed like a huge price increaseHe said that the belt broke when he turned on the A/CIt did not break at that timeI had my air conditioner fixed last week and it still has the same belt on there and it works perfectly fineI did not need to purchase a new beltWhich leads me to believe that he was either trying to rip me off or was just upset with me and wanted me to pay for something I did not needI am appalled at this company and how they continue to lie and apparently try to cheat their customers by trying to make them buy items that they never needed in the first placeThey are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt withI regret ever calling this companyIt is no wonder they have "dealt with people like me before" because if this is how they treat their customers and this is the customer service they provide I don't blame these customers for their attitudes towards them. Good to know I am not the only one they have treated like this.

Below is our response directly from our technician: We have dealt with customers like this before If they can get away and manipulate; they will She clearly intended from the beginning to skip paymentWe shall count it as a loss and never return Please note that this technician
is about the nicest they get Customers request and will wait a week before service just so he can get out Never has this company had a complaint against himHe is very knowledgable, bright, courteous, and is a blessing to this company. " When I arrived I introduced myself and she just stared at meDid not shake my hand or tell me her nameI then said I'm here to take care of the ACAnd let myself in since she did not say come on inI asked her what was wrong with the AC since she did not want to tell Luke what needed to be done when he dispatched me to the call saying she had already told someone and that we should know. She then told me nothing is wrong it just needs to be started upI said ok and went on the roof found the unit needing padsI came down and told her and she asked me how much I told her 100-she then told me that was outrageous that they don't cost that much at the store I told her we are a business and have a mark up and that I could not negotiate the priceShe told me again that it was to much so I said you can go pick some up and have us come install themShe then said let me check my account is there anything else I'll needI said let me see what else is needed to get it going and will go from thereI went back on the roof and found the belt in bad shape along with the floatI went down and told her and she then got even more upset because she had just replaced the float last seasonI told her it was a cheap one and the hard water had took a toll on itThat I would install a good brass oneI re ran the water line that she had and changed the pads after she gave me the okI told her that the float was ok that it would get her threw the season but she needed a belt that I could go get one but that her $coupon was only good for the first hr and that it would be an additional by the time I picked one up and came back to install itShe did not like that at allI proceeded to start it up and test itThe belt was so worn that it broke right when we started itI told her I would help her out and bring one in the morning free of charge for labor that it would only take a sec I just did not have her odd size belt on the truckShe said well I do not think I should pay since it's not fixedI told her I understand I'm just trying to help you out since you stated money was tightI told her I could leave it on Inside and leave it unplugged on the roof until I returned in the am to put the new belt she said that she didn't like the idea and started giving me a hard time about it talking about the units operation and I told her mam I am the professional here and I'm telling you it will be ok and you can come home to a nice cool homeShe continued to disagree with me and not allow me to help her so I then said ok mam I'm done trying to help you we will have to schedule an appointment and you will have to pay the $when I return with the beltShe then grew VERY UPSET and said I want to talk to the ownerIt was already o'clock so I said ok call him and I will leave your bill on the door. This lady made it seem like I was a bad guy in her letter to the Revdex.com but she was rude to me from the start I'm good at dealing with customers but she was being rude and unreasonable the entire time I feel like she saw the opportunity to get out of paying and took advantage of the situationWe were late ,but I still did my best to take care of her but once she continued to be rude and difficult, I began to get upset and a little rude my self but I tried my best to help her all the way till the end when she said she was not going to pay."

MrBennett our tech arrived on site for a tub drain as scheduled and brought with him the small equipment. You advised him that you needed the entire house/ main sewer line snaked out. Our tech then advised you he could take care of the sink now & then that he needed to obtain
the proper equipment for the main lineYou did not want to proceed at that time. Your wife at that time, asked the cost and our tech gave you the hourly rate. You all expressed great dissatisfaction in the cost comparing it to previous yearsWhen our tech obtained the proper equipment he called prior to arrival of the next scheduled call you made with the office to ensure you were comfortable with costVia the phone you were again crystal clear about your hesitation to pay the quoted cost. It was our assumption you no longer wanted us back based on the cost. No ticket was written up or chargedWe do wish you all the best with your future endeavors and are disheartened that you found it necessary to to file a complaint where as you were not charged for anything

As our answering service advised the caller, we hire a third party company to do bulk mailing Her information is more than likely public She can contact Vistaprint to request them to remove her from the mailing list as they are the company we hired to perform the bulk mailing It
was their mailing list We are very sorry that we cannot remove her ourselves as we would be obliged to do

I am rejecting this response because:RE: Response to Paul's Plumbing answer to complaint made by myselfI will respond to statement made by Paul's Plumbing one by oneIt was never a tub drain problemPaul's plumbing got it wrong and did not send all of the proper equipment to deal with the problemThis was clearly explaint to whoever I talked to at Paul's Plumbing and he apologizedAn honest mistaproblemThe tech did have a small snake with him but not a large oneHe did tell me he could use the small snake charge me $plus tax and then I was to reschedule for the large snake and be billed, for the same amount a second timeI told him not to do anything until he had both snakesIn the past (I've used Paul Plumbing before) The tech used both snakes and I was charged for one houseI thought the same work would be done for one hours workI did re-schedue and you did not show upThere was never a problem with the $costAgain both snakes were used, in the past, in under a one hour time limitPlease never assume anythingI did want you back (I was stuck with a clogged drain)You never had the courtesy to return repeated phone calls, you never kept your word and showed up at the appointed timeIf no ticket was "written up" as you say, that's poor office management.I too wish Paul's Plumbing the best with the future endeavors, and hoe they can work hard to improve customer relationsI hope they would return phone calls, keep appointments, and hopefully never to assume anything
