This person came into my shop on 4/23/and had all four of his tires changedI did the work and he leftOn 4/28/he returned to my shop to complain I had ruined his rimsI proceeded to show him there was no way my tire machine could have done the damage he stated because the tire bar goes
nowhere near the center of any rimhe stood there and watched as I showed him the processHe saw that the tire bar goes nowhere near where the marks are on his rimsThen I asked him, "if the machine did this, why would the machine mark only out of 4? Why would the machine miss only one? Also these marks were not shiny like they would be if recently doneI feel bad that his rims are marked, but the damage is oldI feel he is trying to get retribution from Sandy's Sunoco for a previous mishap that happened elsewhereThe rims and the truck were dirty on 4/28/when the service was doneI work alone in the shop and know for a fact the damage he states did not occur here when his tires were changed

A picture taken march 5th of this mans rim does not prove that sandy's Sunoco had anything to do with the damage he claims to his rimsIt could have happened anywhere at any time before or after the 23rdHe came to the shop days after the supposed damage to someone's rimsI showed him when he came back to the shop on March 28th there was no way the machine could have made the marks on his rims as he statesAgain I feel bad he had damage to his rims , but it is not the fault of Sandy's Sunoco, it is just not possibleIf the machine had damaged three rims , why not the forth, it just makes no logical sense
