Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: All I received was a copy of my invoice showing how much I paidThis is exactly what I am talking about, the sort of treatment I am still gettingWhy is the response just a copy of my invoice rather
than an offer of resolution to my complaint? I am not going to be jerked around, I was overcharged and unfairly sobeing that I asked for an estimate to begin withI dropped the Durango off nearly hours before anyone would even look at it or even talk to me - I got the brush off right from the start as if I was interfering with their business by going thereI had called in advance asking if someone would have a minute to look at it and let me know what might be wrong with it, and I was told to bring it byThen when I got there, the man who later billed me, said "Are you stuck, are you traveling?" and I said "No, I live in Baker City" and his response to that was he rolled his eyes at me and then said, huffing, "WELL THEN that makes a lot of difference because I was about to get right on it for you, but now since you're just a local I am not going to be in such a hurry now afterallI'll get to it, but don't expect me to rush or get to it any time soon." (RUDE) So, I left and came back hours later and as I was approaching the shop office he saw me and started shaking his head yelling out, "NOPE NOPE" and I said..."HUH?" and he repeated "NOPE" and kept shaking his headI asked, "Does that mean it hasn't been looked at yet?" and he said "yes." So, I went into the office and about minutes later he started the Durango, then drove off, and came back and parked right in front of the office window and came in with the billNOWfirst of allif I was billed for antifreeze, where exactly did he find time to even put it in when the Durango never NEVER went into the shop to begin with??????????????? I am extremely upset and was basically ROBBED for the bill I reluctantly paid due to his angry upsetting nature and the way he approached me with it making me feel intimidatedMaybe I will take this up with the police if it is not rectified very soonSincerely,*** ***
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Quite simply, I did refill it, and according to Pauls Transmission my reading on the dip stick was caused by an air bubble showing the wrong fluid levelAnd he detected this right off and could have informed me, rather than take advantage of me and treat me like I was interfering with his "other work" - basically the bottom line is that he was too busy to talk to me, annoyed with being over worked, and hit me with a huge bill as nothing more than a spiteful manner of dealing with meHis own words of how he was glad he didn't have to stop "all his other work just for me" is a clear indication of he did this out of spite against me for being a woman whom he implied was just ignorant and this is what ignorant women get when they cannot fix their own vehicle problems and have to annoy him when he is busier making bigger better money on more important repairs in his shopHe overly compensated himself for the time he took away from his OTHER WORK by ripping me off and I want my money backEnd of story.Sincerely,*** ***
